Pulmonary pathology is the branch of surgical pathology which manages finding of lung biopsies for recognizing lung related diseases. Pulmonary pathology includes a large spectrum of both neoplastic and non-neoplastic diseases that influence the lung. Indicative examples are frequently gotten via bronchoscopic transbronchial lung biopsy, CT-guided percutaneous biopsy or video-helped thoracic surgery (VATS).
